Whenever I try to preview a resized picture, I get an error message:

Line 406 (wrx.cgi) - Object Required.

Any thoughts on this?

Your browser has a pop-up stopper running. The other pop-ups on editwrx are modalDialog windows and pop-up stoppers do not affect modalDialogs. The preview window is a regular window and a pop-up stopper will prevent it from opening. Line 403 is trying to write to a window that has not opened - hence the error. Turn off the pop-up stopper for that domain.

That window does not produce the familiar warning prompt that a pop-up has been blocked because it is being launched from a modalDialog window. Try clicking the PasteWord tool  to get the warning prompt.

Thanks - it will work if I hold down the control key while clicking on preview. But the popup blocker in IE Explorer is turned off - the error message still appears unless I go the control key route. That doesn't bother me, but it will my clients - is there at least a way to change the error message so they know what to do, instead of thinking there's a programming bug?

The next update will have a friendly error message.

That ia a simple window.open function, if you still need to do control/click you may have some other pop-up stopper running. Again, the PasteWord tool is the same type of window.open function. Try that tool, if it produces the notice in the information bar then IE's popup stopper is not turned off. (The Preview cannot produce the notice because it is in a modalDialog window)

No error messages, but the Word paste function doesn't work at all from the menu item provided. The popup Window opens, but nothing happens if press insert content. However, the text does paste from Control-V.

The Insert Content button inserts the content in to the page where your cursor is at. That button does not paste your clip[board contents into the window, you have to do that with right mouse Paste or CtrlV
