| I have setup the auto add user form and it creates and populates the users folder, however it does not add the user to the users list. So if I try to login as that user I get an incorrect user name and password error.

Two suggestions:
- Make certain that the /library/data/users.txt is writable. It is a common mistake to give readonly/Windows or 0444/Unix permissions to the files in the data folder to prevent them from being overwritten during an update. That is not necessary. The files in the data folder are not overwritten during an update by design.
- Open /library/data/users.txt and double check to make certain the new user did not get added incorrectly. If you've previously tried adding a user with a default user that did not exist, and did not remove that mistaken entry to users.txt, then the next user entered will not be on a new line.

Neither seems to be the case. users.txt is writable and the three users that were added via the admin panel are listed in order on one line each. Any other thoughts?

I solved the problem.
I had set up a directory called members for all new member directories. I had also placed the folder to (populate from) in the members directory. Why? It just seemed to make sense at the time. Apparently this does not work. Did I miss something in the documentation? Should I have known better to begin with? No matter.
I moved the (populate from) folder to the root directory, tested adding a user, and bingo. The new user was added to the list.
Thank you for your assist.
Very nice program. The self install makes things much easier and faster than it would otherwise be. Hmmm...simple and fast...reminds me of a girl I once met.

Congratulations! I hope the two of you are very happy together.
I like the editwrx program so much I bought a license. The interface is clean and intuitive, and the wysiwyg editor is very well thought out with loads of functions. I like the fact that you can edit all parts of the page.
I did stumble onto something you may find interesting at http://www.wysiwygpro.com/requirements.htm. You may be aware of this program. They claim it works in Netscape, Mozilla and Firefox. It's most likely a completely different approach but there may be something of interest there.
Thanks again
