I did what appeared to be a successful install using Installpoint last night but I cannot get the onpage editing function (esc 3 times) to work. I tried installing the script,
<script language=javascript src="/virtual_url_to/wrx.cgi?prompt"></script> as it stood then I realised that I probably had to change this to,
<script language=javascript src="/editwrx/wrx.cgi?prompt"></script>
I have tried this and it still doesn't work. Any ideas?

The tag with src="/editwrx/wrx.cgi?prompt" should work if the wrx.cgi is in the /editwrx folder.
Try accessing wrx.cgi directly with your browser. You should get the Login Control Panel. Them add the ?propmt to that URL and try again. It should give you back a page that contains javascript code, beginning with kys=''
If that works then copy the URL from the browser and paste it into that script tag on the page and try the login prompt again. That should open the login prompt when you tap ESC 3 times. If it does not, try typing &edit instead. If that does not work send support the URL of the page you are trying to login from - there may be something on the page that is interferring with that javascript code.

I fixed it.
The problem was that I had changed the name of the file editwrx.cgi to editwrx.pl last night during installation. It would make sense for you to add a note about this under the script snippet in your instructions to remind people to do this.
I now have to hand this over to a client. Is there a page on the site that describes each of the tools that are available in the editor or any documentation? I cannot find any documentation on this.

Login to the editor and load a page for editing. Then click on the help icon. The cursor will change to a help type cursor. Then click on any tool to see that tool's help.
