This is a little tool that I came up with to make it easier to put together Exludeblocks. Maybe it will be useful to someone else.

Keith, maybe something lke this can be incorporated into EditWrx?

This has been fixed in the 6.20.070515 update. The /library/ini/get_blocks.txt file contains the fix.
